Kenneth Chen named new GM                                                                                  

F3's Board has approved Chairman Ken Ouyang's designation of promoting  RD VP, Kenneth Chen as F3's new General Manager, effectively January 1, 2004. Kenneth has been F3's RD head for more than six years. Before F3, Kenneth was the Deputy Director of ERSO, heading  RD  team of 70 engineers. Kenneth has worked for ERSO for more than 15 years, mainly on Analog Design. Ken Ouyang was dual title of both President and Chairman, now focus on Chairman position. Ken will focus on  the important product planning role and F3's winning strategy.
