24, 2008-F3 Inc. today announces to participate 2008 Taipei
Taitronics(Taipei International Electronics) show which will be held
between Oct. 7 ~11. F3 will have the booth L1320 to show F3¡¦s
VoIM solutions which include personal Skype gateway, Skype gateway
for enterprise and iToy (IM Toy). IM is an abbreviation for Instant
Message softphone like Skype, MSN, Yahoo, AOL. F3's promotion focus
during this show will be iToy.
iToy is a PC
interactive toy. With iToy ¡¥s earphone and microphone functions,
users can use it to communicate with their friends/families via PC
network with IM software installed. The interesting thing is: With
pre-defined text messages or emoticons, iToy can make movements or
play music under the user's command. For instance, a boy sends a chat
message ¡§I Love You¡¨ to his girl friend. The girl¡¦s iToy will speak
out ¡§I Love You¡¨. Furthermore, when iToy has flash memory built in,
parents working abroad can download a song or a story remotely to
the iToy for their kids. Kids can play the storage content even when
the iToy is disconnected from PC. The recording content can be
changeable via flash memory technology. This application for this
product is versatile and it will be an interesting stuff based on
toy itself.
